Who is responsible
skiergonomy is operated from Sweden and is the data controller for anything collected through this site. For any question about your data, or to have it deleted, write to privacy@skiergonomy.com.
What the waitlist form collects
- Your email address. Required — it is the only way to contact you.
- Whether you are a coach or an athlete. Optional context that decides which version of early access you are offered.
- Which page you signed up from. So we know what people found useful.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. Used only to stop the same source submitting the form hundreds of times. The address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be turned back into one.
- The time you signed up.
Why, and on what basis
The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. The purpose is to email you when early access opens, and to understand roughly who is interested so we build the right thing first. That is the whole purpose.
We will not send you a newsletter you did not ask for, we will not sell or share the list, and we will not use it for advertising anywhere else.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Waitlist entries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, configured to keep the data in the European Union. Cloudflare acts as our processor and also serves this website.
Entries are kept until early access opens and you have been contacted, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. If the product never launches, the list is deleted.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising network on it, no social tracking pixels, and no cross-site profiling. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
If aggregate visitor statistics are used, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites.
Fonts and assets
Everything this page loads comes from this domain. The typefaces are self-hosted rather than requested from Google Fonts, so loading the page does not disclose your visit to a third party.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent at any time, or complain to your national data protection authority. In Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
For any of the first four, one email to privacy@skiergonomy.com is enough. No form, no account required. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days and usually the same week.
Data from the app itself
The watch app and the coach platform are not open to the public yet. When they are, they will handle training data — including heart rate, which is special-category data under the GDPR — and that will be covered by its own, more detailed policy with a data processing agreement available to teams. This page covers only this website.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects data already collected, everyone on the list gets an email before the change takes effect.
